This talk is designed for newly arrived internationals to Denmark and
is equally beneficial for Danish colleagues and HR professionals
involved in onboarding international talent, both in social and
corporate settings.
Transitioning into a new culture can feel overwhelming, but this talk
aims to inspire participants to navigate the journey with greater
ease.
We will explore invaluable insights into culture shock and the
psychological dynamics of intercultural living, coupled with lighthearted
anecdotes about the most common cultural clashes when
meeting Danes.
The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge, awareness, and
tools necessary to foster successful cross-cultural collaborations,
ultimately leading to enhanced resilience and well-being in a diverse
environment.
